Obituary for Valerie Eileen Neal

Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 2:00 pm, wake starts at 1:00 pm at the House of Day Chapel. Valerie Neal, 58, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016, at her home. She was a devoted mother, aunt, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend. She attended Libbey High school. She was known as “Mom” to all who knew her. She was born on June 6, 1957, to Harold Lowery and Mildred Lowery. She was a childcare provider. She was preceded in death by her son, David O'Neal Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory, her best friend and father of her children, Robert Lee Neal Jr.; sons, Himaiya (Amy) Lowery, of Fairborn, OH, and Kristopher Neal; daughters, De'Anna Brown, Kristina Neal, and London Neal; brothers, James Smith Jr. and Todd Kynard; sisters, Narvis Smith, Parriss Sanders, and Tracy Kynard; 14 grandchildren; special nephew, Justin Smith.
