Obituary for Shirley A. Franklin-Tabb

Shirley A. Franklin-Tabb, 68, of Toledo, OH, passed away at The University of Toledo Medical Center, surrounded by family and friends. Wake service will be Saturday, January 23, 2016, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Funeral service will begin at 12:00 noon at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 701 Vance St. Pastor T.J. Thomas, officiating.
