Mary R. Smith was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 14, 1975, and departed this life on Monday, October 24, 2016. Mary was the baby of three children born to Ervin II and Linda Diane (Hollis) Smith. Mary graduated from Scott High School June, 1993. Mary leaves to cherish her memories, sons, DaVion, DaMaron and DaVon Smith and daughter, DaMiyah JaNaye Diane Smith-Walker, all of Toledo, Ohio.
Funeral Services Saturday, October 29, 2016, Wake: 12:00 p.m. and Funeral 1:00 p.m at The Ark Church of Toledo, 2500 Nebraska, Toledo, Ohio 43607.
