Reseda Shelton

Please accept our sincerest sympathy at the transitioning of Cousin Irving Green. He was indeed a very special gentleman, and one in whom I took pride. He will be remembered by my family, as I will share the parts of his life that are known to me with my children and grands. I first met him at our UNITED FAMILY REUNION (UFR)in Atlanta many years ago. About five years ago I took the UFR (When held in Alexander City, Alabama) to the Tuskegee Airman Museum, and everyone was overjoyed to see Irving's name listed on the Roster at Tuskegee. I have a photo from the Atlanta Reunion showing him holding my granddaughter as a baby, but who is now age 13. He was a family man, a hard worker, and 1st of a kind. I am thankful for his service to the US, especially in that particular day and time. It was an honor to get to meet and know him. Family rest, and know that Cousin Irving served his age/time/ethnic group while present here with us. Trust God as you go forward. Reseda, Laura, Larissa and Luke
