The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Arthur "Pain" Smith can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: DAWN BARRETT
Condolence: Few can imagine the void I have in my heart. We take for granted that faces and voices will remain forever not knowing that any day it all can be a memory. This man was my Super Hero growing up. Gave my brother and myself the stability that we needed and was an outstanding provider. I use to think Pain and my mom were strict but I realized when I got older that he only wanted THE BEST for me. I was 4 or 5 years old when Pain and my mom got together and he NEVER addressed me as a step-kid. I can go on and on about the GREATNESS of this man and all the lives he has touched, but this post isn't big enough! To my brothers BO, Eric, Derrick and Ralph, my sisters Anita, Keisha, Artrese and Rocky ...I LOVE YOU ALL!!!
Special prayers to my MOM and Ruby
