Mr. Dwayne Moore Sr., was born on November 9, 1964, to the union of Mr. Obbie B. Moore "Bubba" and Mrs. Gladys Collins-Moore. Dwayne departed this earthly life on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, surrounded by his family.

Dwayne was baptized at an early age. He attended Gunkle Elementary and Calvin M. Woodward High School. He played numerous sports. He was a faithful Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Dwayne had a powerful spirit and endless love for his family. He worked as a factory worker and food service employee for over twenty years until he was severely injured in 1997.

He is preceded in death by his brother Anthony Cunningham.

Dwayne was full of life and never hesitated to speak his mind. He was fun, stubborn, loving, and full of laughter. He leaves to cherish his memories parents; Obbie B. Moore and Gladys Collins-Moore; his children Shevonne L. Moore, Tamisha L. Jones-Moore, Dwayne Moore Jr., Brandon A. Moore, Dwann L. Moore; his brothers James Moore and Anthony Moore; sisters Nicole (Willie) Jackson, Carolyn Moore, Santana Moore, Yolanda Stewart; 11 grandchildren; honorary brother Tyrone Ratcliff; honorary sister Lakechia Ratcliff; special friend and wife of twenty years Yolanda Jones-Smith; special cousins Marvin Collins and James Collins; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
