On June 7,1931 the sun rose for Thomas Otis Walker (T.O.) to the late Billy Walker and Eliza (Scott) Walker in Brownsville,Tennessee. On December 5, 2017 his sun set at, Foundation Park Alzheimer Care Center in Toledo, Ohio.

As a young man T.O. decided to serve his country by enlisting in the Army and serving in the Korean War. He joined in wedlock to Ella K.(Jones) Walker and to this union 7 children were born. He relocated his family to Toledo from Tennessee and found employment with the Matther Springs Company, Owning and operating his own dump trucks and with the Giddis Brothers Construction Company.

T.O. really enjoyed singing with various gospel quartets throughout his life. He was a member of Jerusalem Baptist Church for many years later joining Southern Missionary Baptist Church. He also enjoyed sports in his early years developing a passion for bowling later in life.

T.O. is preceded in death by his parents Billy Walker and Eliza (Scott) Walker, daughter Vivian Walker, granddaughter Shares Walker, 2 brothers and 1 sister.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Ella K. Walker and his children. Thomas Walker II, Leon (Jeanette)Walker, Calvin (Shelly) Walker, Regina (Stuart) Williams, Carl (Lori) Walker, Jonathan Walker, Jennifer Taylor Walker, LaToshia Walker Arcuri and Deonta' Walker Graham. Grand children - Arthur Stokes, Maxine Stokes, Tanean Walker, Tiffany Walker, Ebony Walker, Jarrett Williams, Thomas Walker III, Christopher Walker, Ivory Walker, Calie Walker, Calvin Walker, Noel Walker, Chal'e Walker, Chantay Walker, Janelle Williams, Rochelle Williams, Jordan Walker, Jaishawn Walker, Brandon Walker, RaShya (Lonnie) Ghee, LaKyra (Cecil) Holston. 18 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Funeral Service - Monday December 11, 2017 starting at 11:00 am - His Word Global Ministries Inc. 1621 Dorr St. Toledo, Ohio
