Jerome was a Gentleman that will forever be remembered by all, with his warm heart and captivating smile. Jerome Willis was born October 20, 1954 in Gerogiana, Alabama to the Loving Parents of Mr. Oneal Smith and Ms. Ruth Ella Willis.

Jerome attended Gerogiana High School where he was actively involved in basketball, and graduated with the proud class of 1972. After graduating High School Jerome landed a job working a few years at a Paper-mill Factory before making the decision to move to Detroit, Michigan in 1975. While his stay in Detroit, Jerome kept himself busy by engaging himself in Roofing jobs and Manufacturer work. Jerome then found his way to Toledo, Ohio where he continued his employment in Manufacturer work.
