Elmer Bernard Ferguson, Jr., 50, known to friends as "Moe", began his life on, July 21, 1967, in Toccoa, Georgia, to the union of Elmer and Rosa L.Ferguson. He departed this life on May 9, 2018.

"Moe" attended Jesup W. Scott High School. He worked for Action Barricade, LLC., while living in Phoenix, Arizona. Later working various jobs over the years until he became disabled.

"Moe" enjoyed his life to the fullest, his family was his life and he loved every moment he spent with them. He had abig heart and always greeted you with a big smile. "Moe" was an avid fisherman and cook. He also loved to spend time with his close friends, Yoyo, Matt, Jody, Rick, Stacy, Steve, Frankie, Freddie, Darnell, Quincy, Eric and many more.

"Moe" was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Ferguson, Sr., grandparents, Elmer and Sara Ferguson and Rufus and Leola Smith.

He leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Rosa L. Ferguson; daughter, Shyanne Ferguson; sons, Bernard Ferguson, Florence, Kentucky, LaBaron and Devin Ferguson, Toledo, Ohio; sisters, Schubrena (Eric) Thomsa, Cincinnati, Ohio, Melissa (Tony) Manning, Toledo, Ohio, and Shuri Giles, Philadelphia, PA; brother, Pierre Young, Toledo, Ohio; granddaughters, La"Naijah and Lynyaih Ferguson; grandson, Devin L. Ferguson; uncle, Dennis Smith, Toledo, Ohio; 6 nieces and 5 nephews, he had a special place in his heart for Nia, Joshua, Jeremiah, Zionna (Annabelle) and his children's mother, Trina Moore and Tanya Hopkins; special friend, Pinky and a host of loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm, at The House of Day Funeral Service.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 18, 2018, at 11:00 am, preceded by a 10:00 am Wake , at The House of Day Funeral Service Chapel.
