Kevin Smith was born on 3/29/1967 in Marion, IN from the union of Kenneth and Sheila R. Smith. He passed away on May 28th, 2018 at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.

Kevin's "Hey, my friend" will be missed by many and many can learn from this simple phrase.

Kevin leaves behind his mother,Sheila R. Smith; sister, Cynthia C. Smith; brothers, Oscar Smith, Antonio, Anton and Roy (Michelle) Williams. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Along with his best friend of many years, Jimmy Tucker.

The family would like to thank N.E.C.O and its employees especially Kevin's caretakers, Curt Darrington and Jackie Jackson and Nicole Otis of Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018, from 9:00 am - 10:00 am, at The House of Day Funeral Service.
