Obituary for John R. Algee IV

John R.  Algee IV
John R. Algee IV, "Blaze", went home to be with the Lord on Sunday July 15, 2018. John was born to John R. Algee III and Earma Gene Algee on August 15, 1978. John attended Central Catholic High School and earned his Bachelor Degree from The University of Cincinnati. He was employed by Chrysler as a Material Manager for 14 years.

John loved spending time with his family and friends. He took pride in his family as a husband, father, son, brother, nephew, uncle and cousin. Family was very important to him. John was an anchor for those whom he came in contact with. Always willing to lend a helping hand. He shared a special bond with his nieces, nephews and God children.

John "Blaze" was a very proud member of the Alpha Phi alpha fraternity, he crossed the burning sands Feb. 22, 1997. He loved kicking it with the bro's and a having a good time. John "Blaze" was also a member of the Get Little Click (GLC) motorcycle club, where he served as treasurer. John had a passion for motorcyles and loved taking long rides. He was also a 32nd degree Prince Hall Mason and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Karate.

John leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Kimberly Algee; son, John Algee V; daughter, Joslynn Algee; father, John (Mary) Algee III; sisters, Juanita and Valquita Algee; brothers, Joshua and Justin Algee; grandmother, Valree Algee; a host of aunts, uncles; special mention, Gary Hill Jr., Andre Arthur, Moses Coates, and Ernie Jones II.

He was preceded in death, just 2 1/2 months ago by his mother, Earma Gene Algee who referred to him as "Johnny"; maternal grandparents, Willie and Leola Latson Sr.; paternal grandfather, John Algee II. We all knew and loved John for the smooth cool man that he was and will miss him dearly.
