Lawon Talley was born September 4, 1974 in Detroit, Michigan to Phyllis Knight and Reese Toster. Lawon was educated in the Detroit Public School System. Lawon loved life and believed in living it to the fullest. Lawon had a heart of gold and brought joy into everyone's path he crossed. Everyday Lawon loved putting a smile on people's faces. He loved listening to music, especially Tupac. Lawon loved his family with every fiber of his being. Lawon was a good hard working man. He will be truly missed. Lawan was called home July 27, 2018.

Lawon leaves to cherish his mother Phyllis Talley; the love of his life Jolyn Richie; three daughters Breanna, LaMeka and Miranda; sister Tameka Talley; niece Nyasia Talley; three cousins Donnell, Derrick and LaWanda; step-son Jordan Richie; and a host of uncles, cousins, family and friends.
