Obituary for Cassandra R. Moseley

Ms. Cassandra Rose Moseley, 67 years young, departed this life too soon on Monday, August 13, 2018 at Toledo Hospital. She was born in Toledo, OH, January 17, 1951, to the union of Thelma Smith and Norman Moseley, both preceded her in death. Her beloved sister, Wilma Jean Cooper, also preceded her in death.

Sandra was a proud graduate of Jesup W. Scott High School and lived in Toledo the majority of her life. She loved spending time with her family and friends, reading, attending jazz concerts, cooking, and watching movies. She also enjoyed music, dancing, laughing, and took a passion to helping others. Outside of being a devoted mother, Cassandra held various job titles throughout her lifetime. She retired from Concord Care Center as a Housekeeping Supervisor. Many would describe Sandra as a feisty, selfless, loving, and a generous soul.

Sandy leaves to cherish her memory, son, Jewel (Cynthia) Woods; daughter, Tanisha Moseley; and five grandchildren: Jason Lee Jr, Javon Lee, Azikiwe Woods-Lokken, Akua Antwi-Woods, and Aba Antwi-Woods. She is also survived by numerous loving family and friends. Cassandra will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved her.
