Archie  Smith Jr.
Mr. Archie Smith Jr. was born September 14, 1933 in Tunica, Mississippi. He was the chilld of the late Archie Smith and Martha Smith.

Archie was linked in Holy Matrimony with Gloria Britter-Smith.

Archie served in the United States Army, serving during the Korean War. He worked for the United States Postal Service for 30 plus years. He was an avid bowler and loved playing cards with his friends.

Archie was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Lucy Mae-Davis, Vernice Baker and Patsy Bell; and brother, Philip Smith.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Gloria; children, Eric D. (Rhonda) Marshall, Tracey (Max) Moran, Archie (Kim) Smith III, and Anita (Steven) Koesler; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren; one brother, Charles Roundtree of Detroit, Michigan; special god-son, Galen Steele; caregiver, Yvonne Steele; and best friend, Sylvester Barnett.

Archie will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews, and a host of other loving relatives and kind friends.
