Felicia Marie Neal was born August 12th, 1969 in Toledo Ohio to Robert and Flora Neal, She departed her life on Friday November 23rd, 2018. She was a graduate of Libbey High School, class of 1987 and was loved by many.
Felicia loved to sing Natalee Cole's song "I’m Catching Hell" to many people that knew her.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Robert Neal and both sets of grandparents; sister. Pamala Gary and brother, Terrence Gary.

She is survived by her mother, Flora Neal; three brothers, Robert Neal, Eric Neal and Charles Neal (caregiver);
sister, Theresa Bradley, and God daughter, Jai-Onna Bruster and special nieces, Kristina Neal and her girls; special cousin, Barbra Mills; Special friends, like Family, Cheryl Hurd, David and Kevin Keesee. many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
