Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Rhonda Lott of Toledo, OH, Daphne Nick (Robert) of Lansing, MI; sons, Leopha R. Washington Jr., Kevin Washington Jr and Mark Washington, all of Toledo, OH; 13 grandchildren; and sister, Evelyn Hamblin of Chicago, IL.
Memorial Services are Friday, December 21, 4:00 p.m. at the House of Day Funeral Services, 2550 Nebraska Ave., Toledo, OH 43607
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Carlie's memory.
