Condolence: Sad to hear you left us. I met you in the prison where you worked, mentoring us. Loving us, tough loving us when needed. Telling us your story giving us hope. You got us baptized. You were powerful majestic, and oh when you opened your mouth to pray.

Years past I wanted you to know I earned my Masters Degree in Social Work. I wanted to tell you that I did my internship at Harvard University Criminal Justice Program. I wanted you to know that like you I reached back I work with with homeless women bag ladies some I did time with. You planted a Jesus seed and it grew. Most of all I wanted to tell you that Jesus is Lord of my life and because of that I can fill you in on the rest when I see you again. Thank you. Gone but never forgotten 💕

Condolence From: Pastor Don & Anita Cummings
Condolence: We lost a friend, a sister, a Woman of God, a servant, a great cook and host. My wife Anita Cummings and I will forever be grateful to you for seeing potential in us. Your vision of us in ministry together, did come to past. Your laughter, your fellowship, your prayers we will miss. But look what the Lord has done and to know it started with you being prompted by the Lord over 30 years ago to introduce my wife and I to each other. Today, we are not only married, but are parents of two kids, our son Donnell Cummings your God-son and our daughter Roshanah Cummings. Now our daughter in love Nataly Cummings and two grandsons and next year God's willing we will celebrate 30 years of marriage. And to know it all started with you being used of the Lord. What can we say, but well done thou good and faithful servant, you entered into your rest. We will always remember you Pastor Joberta Canty Patrick.

Condolence: A wonderful woman of God. She taught the women's Sunday School Class that was full every Sunday at Holy Ghost Full Gospel Baptist Church now The Cathedral called "The Women Without Limits" It was a blessing to us as women and she instilled in us that the God that was without limits made us women without limits lived on the inside of us. I recently finished writing my first book and I have a chapter that I dedicated to her teaching and it is a chapter to let other women know they too are Women Without Limits.

Condolence: We will miss Jo! Jo loved our Lord Jesus Christ, she was a prayer warrior, she loved people, she loved her family and friends, she loved rhyming words to make us laugh, we would sing together. Psalm 116:15 says, Precious in The sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. Jo fought a good fight and kept the faith! God took Jo home and we will see you in Glory! Family you all our in our prayers, with love. Roc & Jan

Condolence: n this life, one is blessed with a few "best friends". I was saddened learned of the passing of one of my dearest, Elder Joberta Canty Patrick. She taught me by example how to live a balanced Christian life. I will miss her warm humor and the love of God that shined through her. See you later my friend.

Condolence: We are also very grateful that Joberta was rooted in God's Word, the Bible. In this season of Christmas, may Jesus our Jehovah-God in the flesh, Emmanuel, hold you all dear to His heart as you gather to remember and celebrate her life legacy. She is now alive and well in her new home of Heaven, but will not be forgotten here on earth, for the Bible declares that "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord". Joberta would've rejoiced and would be echoing these words: 'O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord'.

Condolence: I was so sorry to hear about your loss. I wanted to share with you a comforting promise from the Bible at Revelation 21:3,4 which states that tears, pain and sorrow will be done away with. We can look forward to the fulfillment of this promise because Jehovah God who made this promise not only has the power to do so, but the desire to do it. If you would like to know more about this promise as well as others, please feel free to let me know. Lynnette
