Jackie R. Fox "Sparkle" 43, passed away Jan. 18, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Born April 26, 1973 in Paducah, KY, Jackie attended Woodward High School and worked as a Healthcare Provider and manager at various fast-food restaurants. Jackie most recently worked as a delivery driver for Order on The Way and loved music, cooking, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by father, Jackie Fox; grandparents, Robert and Mattie Fox, Floyd and Mary Mason.

Jackie is survived by mother, Vivian (Robert) Fox-Blythe; uncle, Donald (Denise) Saxton; brother, Marquis Fox; sister, Jacqueline (Quincey) Allen; niece, Nakitta Fox; great nephews, John Stallworth and Marcus Fox; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday Jan. 28, 2017, 12:00pm at The House of Day Funeral Services Chapel, preceded by 11:00am wake. (HOD LOGO)
