Daelen Jamal Ford whose family referred to him as “Day-Day” was born to the union of Darius L. Ford and Brittney M. Jackson, on Oct. 29th 2010. After being blessed with 6 years on this earth; Daelen received his angel wings Feb. 11th 2017 at 10:55am at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.

Attending Olde Orchard Elementary as a kindergartener, Daelen was an Honor Roll student that worked very hard at what he did. Daelen always had a smile upon his face and was loved by everyone.
He was preceded in death by grandmother, Cheryl L.Thomas who she referred to as her (Grand Cub) and leaves to cherish his loving memory, Father Darius Ford, Mother Brittney Jackson and 2nd caregiver Cierra Jackson, siblings Darius Ford Jr., Alayah, Kyle, Austin, Christian, Levi, and Leilani. Grandparents Willie Jackson, Teilya Ford and James King, Aunts Chymille, Shaleeah, Kina, and Shawn, Uncles Damar, Billy and Uncle Papa, God-parents Keshania Lee and Jerrica Joplin and special friend Tekya Woods and a host of other relatives and kind friends
