Condolence From: Patricia McFarland

“Let not your heart be troubled….”
John 14

This is a Tribute and Testimony to Wiley Clifton Lambert’s life with this many family and friends here today to express appreciation of his life. We do not take the time to tell our loved ones or friends how much we love and appreciation them. We are not here today to decide his destiny, Our God does that.
Whatever is good, excellent or anything worth thinking about, we must think about those things. We know he was a devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Cousin and Friend. Life is like a relay race, others run it and pass the baton on to the next one. Our forefathers ran the race and we are what we are because
of the people before us passing the baton, now Wiley has passed it on to us.

To me, Wiley was a beautiful person, Wiley will be missed by me, the bowlers and his family. I met Wiley way back in the day, when he hung out with my brother, Arnold, and we bowled on the same team, won bowling tournaments and as of today Wiley’s still my friend.

I’m are praying for his wife, Janice, his children, and family, that the Holy Spirit will comfort them during these difficult times and that they will be made happy just knowing that the death of Wiley, who was a physical man and that this is the beginning of life for believers in Christ. We have that assurance for Jesus Christ himself, told us:

“Verily, Verily, I say unto you, he that heareth my word
and believeth on Him that sent me has everlasting life
and shall not come into condemnation; but pass from
death into life.” John 5:24

As a believer, Wiley Clifton Lambert has passed into a beautiful life of joy and
happiness, a place where he will never have any sickness or pain. For that blessing
let us give thanks to the Almighty God.

In His Service,

His friend,
Pat McFarland

At this time remember: “They that trust in the Lord shall be as Mont Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth forever: (Psalm 125: 1).

We, the Deacon/Deaconess Ministry is praying that God will be your peace and comfort at this time.

This condolence will be given to the Lambert family this day Monday, July 24, 2017

Condolence From: Calvary Missionary Baptist Church

The Calvary Missionary Baptist Church Family extend our heartfelt sympathy to you during this time. For the Lambert family we mourn with you at this time.

In this time of loss, be comforted by the consoling words of
Jesus Christ who tells us, “Blessed are they that mourn:
for they shall be comforted.” Matthew 5:4

For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed,
we have a building from God, a house not made with hands,
eternal in the heavens. Therefore we are always confident,
knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent
from the Lord. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be
absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.
II Corinthians 5:1, 6, 8.

Know that you, Wiley’s wife, Janice, and Family, are in our
constant thoughts and prayers and may our Lord strengthen
and sustain you during this time of bereavement. Your time to
heal is on its way and hold firm to your faith because God will
give you peace.

With warmest regards,

Rev. Floyd Smith Jr., Pastor
and the
Calvary Missionary Baptist Church Family

Condolence From: Elizabeth (Parker) Brown
Condolence: Vickie and Tanisha,

I was so saddened to hear of Uncle Wiley's passing. Some of my best childhood memories included him. From camping every summer, to traveling to the World's Expo in 1973...the memories as precious and sweet. The lost contact was devastating for me...but I know that he loved me and my sisters, always.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I love you!
