Ernestine Shoecraft Brent, 91, passed away January 18, 2018. She was born to Ernest Shoecraft and Marguerete Jackson. Ernestine graduated from Woodward High School. She worked at the Hillcrest Hotel and a variety of other jobs. In her spare time she enjoyed family and friends, western movies and soap operas . Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy.
Ernestine was preceded in death by her dad, Ernest Shoecraft; mom, Marguerite Jackson; brothers Milton and John; and sister, Nancy; son, Milton Brent; and daughters, JoAnn and Susie Brent.
She is survived by daughters, Lucy (Al) Pickard, Diane, Amanda, (Steve) and Lenny; sons, Samuel (Cheryl) Leo, Delbert, Raymond (Roosevelt Tatum); 17 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren. Also surviving, sister-in-law, Velma Shoecraft and a host of family and friends.
