Paul W. Smith 64, passed away April 25, 2018. Paul was a graduate of Jesups W. Scott High School and a Deputy Sheriff for Lucas County for over 20yrs serving throughout the community. He started Smith Electronics and Alarms in 1979 and was a active member of Indiana Ave. Missionary Baptist Church over 25yrs.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Smith; daughters, Ruyshonne (Michael) Thomas, Ruylisa Coltrane, Paula Smith and Melissa Smith; sons, Paul Coltrane, Philip (Ty) Coltrane, Eric Smith and Derick Smith; sister, Bennious Smith; brother-in-laws, Darrell James and Michael James; sister-in-laws, Keesha James, Christine (Willie) James-Bowen and Sharon (Julius) James; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and long life friends.
