Mrs. Shirley A. Harris was born October 14, 1942 to Wylie and Claudia Stephens in Jackson, Ga. After battling a long illness Shirley went home to be with the Lord, peacefully surrounded by family and friends, on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.

Shirley was employed at MCO Hospital for 28 years, retiring in 1997.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wylie Stephens, Sr.; husband, Eddie C. Harris, Sr.; brother, Wylie Stephens, Jr.; and son, Eddie C. Harris, Jr.

Shirley is survived by her loving children, sons, Gary Norris, Sr., Terry (Nettie) Norris, Sr., Willie (Seesaw) Harris, Sr.; daughters, Claudette Harris Holmes, Eddie Jean Harris, all from Toledo, Ohio; sister, Brenda Walker of Atlanta, GA; 15 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and special family friend, Tina Washington.

Shirley (mom) you are truly loved and you will be missed by family and friends. We will treasure the memories of you in our hearts.
