Alishia Alike Capri Thompson, 35 years old, went home to be with Hashem Yah, her shield and love, on July 26, 2018. She was born on December 22, 1982 at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio, to the union of Frankie and Annie Thompson.
Alishia’s primary schooling was the Hebrew Academy, Fall-Meyer Elementary, Swanton Junior High and High School, where she graduated from in 2001. In high school she participated in Track & Field (Shot Put & Discus Throwing).
Alishia enjoyed the outdoors and the outdoor activities such as camping, bonfires, fishing, grilling, and swimming. She had a love for Reggae (Bob Marley), R&B, Alternative, Neo-Soul, Country and Rap music. Her hobbies included reading, playing board games, dancing, karaoke, shopping, and laughing.
Alishia had a diverse personality and a free spirit. She was fun, positive and loved to party!! She also loved the color blue and her favorite food was the Angus Beef Hamburgers.
She leaves to cherish her mother, Annie M. (Hobson) Thompson; her father, Frankie M. Thompson; and brothers, Darnae D. Thompson and Shalom S. Thompson; and many uncles and aunties, cousins, nieces, and nephews whom all will miss her dearly, and friends from multiple places in the U.S., because she loved to travel, as most of us know!
