Toya ”Lil Momma” Neal, age 35, was born Toledo, Ohio on January 11, 1983. She attended Woodward High School and worked as Factory worker.

Toya was preceded in death by her grandmother, Daisy Grier and uncle, Lonnie Stewart.

She is survived by her mother, Deborah Stewart; father, Michael Dickerson; adopted parents, Burnett Neal and Ralph Neal; sisters, Latricia Stewart, Robin Stewart and Theresa Stewart; brothers, Darrion Stewart and Donta Stewart; aunts, Patricia Jordan and Sharon Stewart; uncles, Sandford Stewart, Rodney Stewart, Thronus Stewart, and Kevin Stewart; nieces, Essence Stewart and Jordynn Stewart; nephews, Antoinne Neal Jr., Antquan Neal, Keion Stewart Flowers, and Tre’On Johnson; great nephew, Darnell Butler, Jr. (DJ), godson, also a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that genuinely LOVED and Cared for her.
