James Merritt Chambers III, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2018.

James was in the care of UTMC and his loving family. James was born February 20, 1955 to James and Lucille. He is survived by his wife, Helen Williams-Chambers and his children, Jermain Chambers, Juwan Chambers, Sara Bond, Christian Daniels, Jamie Daniels, Jason Molden, James Molden, and Angela Chambers; his grandchildren and brothers, Ronald and Gerald.

Friends are invited to visit November 30th between 4 and 5 p.m. at The House of Day Funeral Service, 2550 Nebraska Ave. Toledo, Ohio 43607. Memorial service to begin at 5 p.m.
