Obituary for Luvicie Jones
Luvicie Bradley Jones was born on February 14th, 1938. In Andalusia, Alabama to the late LG Smith and Annie Maude Bradley. She confessed Christ at an early age and joined First Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Riverfalls, AL.
Luvicie married Clandford Jones and her journey in life carried her to Chicago, where she resided for 17 years. Later, her journey continued to Toledo, OH, where she was a caretaker, a phenomenal mother and grandmother. She joined Rossford Baptist Church whom the Pastor is Reverend Shears as a faithful member until she became ill.
During this journey Luvicie and Clandford whom proceeds her in death were blessed with fourteen children who are left to cherish her memory. Nine children she birthed and five united by marriage.
She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Robert Bradley (Birmingham, AL) , Patricia Diane Bradley (Andalusia, AL), Kenneth (Robin) Jones, Warren Jones, Denise Jones, Margie Jones, Audrey Jones, Rayben (Jacqueline) Jones, Doris (Walter) Jenkins all of Toledo, Ohio. Lillie Jones (New York), Minnie (John) Culver, Larry Jones, Elizabeth Jones, Lucille Jones, all of Brewton, AL 43 Grandchildren, 58 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great Great Grandchildren, 2 God Daughters Ladonna Dominic (Chicago, IL) and Stevonna Gibbs (Toledo, OH), 2 Brothers Robert Jean Bradley (Detroit, MI) and William “Billy” Bradley (Andalusia, AL) 2 Sisters whom preceded her in death Alma Smith and Annie Faye Bradley of (Andalusia, AL), 1 Aunt Iral Smith (Riverfalls, AL), Favorite special cousin Ruby Faye, Special Son-in-Laws Floyd White (Toledo, OH) Darryl Whitaker (Toledo, OH), Special Friends Veronica Johnson, Kay McCorvy, Ms. Bonnie, Ms. Ruby and a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
