Our mother, wife, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and niece received her wings Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 11:01 a.m. She will truly be missed by all that knew her. She had the biggest heart and everyone that knew her also knew that she was the #1 Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with family.

Penny attended Ryder Elementary, McTigue Jr. High/Robinson Jr. High and Rogers High School. She worked at Darlington House in the kitchen and she also did STNA work. She was known for her beautician skills with hair braiding and styling.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and LeAnna Hueston, Rev. Manuel and "Heavy" Barry; father, Harvey Barry; mother, Marguerita Barry; sisters, Marsha Barry and Pamela Barry; aunt, Sharon Hueston; uncle, Johnny Hueston; step-father, Gaines Daniel III.

Left to cherish Penny's memory is her husband of nine years, Arnold Vaughan; older son, Jarrett Williams; daughter, Leslie Barry; sons, Bryce (Cereatha) Barry and Markest (Sierra Jacobs) Barry; siblings, Phillip (Dorothy) Barry Sr., Patricia Barry and Andre Daniels Sr. (Rochelle Gray); 15 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews who loved her, including a lot of friends.

Penelope "Penny" Vaughan will truly be missed by all.
