Obituary for Kenneth Scott I
Kenneth R. Scott I, 47, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2019. He was born September 9, 1971 to the union of James E. and Augustine Scott in Toledo, OH. He was the eighth of twelve children.
Kenneth graduated from Robert S. Rogers High School in 1990. During his high school years, Kenneth was a member of the football, wrestling and glee club/choir.
Kenneth worked as a cook for many years, traveling to train crew members to open Don Pablo Restaurants across the Midwest. He became a truck driver in 2009. He was working for Johnson Trucking at the time of his death. In his leisure time, Kenneth enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, watching his favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers, on Sunday, and cooking (Master Chef as he called himself).
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, James E. Scott and his three brothers, James E. Scott II, Michael C. Scott and Claude D. Scott.
Kenneth leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, Augustine Scott of Toledo, OH; two daughters, Cierra S. Scott and Keaunna R. Scott of Eustis, FL; one son, Kenneth R. Scott II of Toledo, OH; five grandchildren, Keniyah Scott, Damar Langston, Carlie Scott, Elijah Scott, and Kennedy Scott; four brothers, Jimme (Rochelle) Green, Clarence Green, Brian (Dione) Scott, James (Paris) Scott III of Toledo, OH; four sisters, Connie Green, Gladys Scott, Patricia Scott of Toledo, OH, and Shamika (Kraig) Howard of Detroit, MI; 14 nieces and nephews; eight great nieces and nephews, special friend, Yolanda Drake, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
